Stuff coming up in 2008
Holy cow! There is so much cool stuff coming up.
January 17 Duct Tape Roses 6 to 7 p.m.
With plenty of time for you to make more for Valentine’s Day. If there is time we can try venturing into other duct tape floral fun and so forth.
You will need to bring your own duct tape!! Whatever color you want your roses to be.
Jan 24 Wacky Writers 6 to 7 p.m.
Time to express our silly sides.
Dungeons and Dragons will be meeting on the Jan 10th and 24th from 6 to 8 p.m. We will be in the auditorium so that there will be room for both of our D&D groups.
February is Black History Month. Look for a posting with more information about our essay contest.
February 14 Write in for history essay contest 6 to 8 p.m.
This will be time for you to work on your essay or any other writing project you have in mind. But heck, you can possibly win $50 Or $25 in the essay contest so you might as well give it a whirl. you can also ask for help with editing, get ideas from writers and stuff like that
February 21 Game night featuring Guitar Hero 6 to 8 p.m.
My plan is to have board games and so forth when people aren’t actually playing Guitar Hero, they will have something to do.
Mar 20 Tee Party — A t-shirt party that is 6 to 8 p.m.
Bring t-shirts and scissors and we will breathe new life into your shirts. There is this mega cool book called Generation T 108 ways to transform a t-shirt. All of the styles that we will be trying, don’t require any sewing skills, just scissors. You might want to bring a bunch of safety pins and ribbon for some of the projects.

What happened to DDR!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How are we to live without DDR? other then buying one ourselves?

No worries. We still have DDR. Actually I was just thinking this morning about how we could do both at the same time. If I can’t figure it out then I will have a separate DDR event. I would never deprive you of DDR!

I’m okay with you just showing up. Just make sure you’ve got your own tape, because I doubt that I’ll have enough for everyone.

I agree! Lime green rocks. Purple is probably my favorite though. But I love them all. Aw… duct tape… a staple in life.
If you happen to be reading this right before you leave for duct tape… grab some scissors. We never seem to have enough.

I LOVE TURTLES!! I’m going to look that up right now. There is even a roll of duct tape in my bag so I could try it immediately.
We need new duct tape ideas. We’ve done so many duct tape projects, we need new projects. Thank goodness that there are a zillion things that you can do with duct tape. It’s just that they need to be brought to my attention.
