Lake Lambert III, President of Hanover College , (PhD. Princeton Theological Seminary, BA economics and history and master of theological studies degrees Emory University), will speak about the revolutionary shift in American business culture as the workplace spirituality movement transforms the work environment. For many Americans, spirituality and business seem to be polar opposites: one is concerned with lofty questions of ultimate significance, the other with mundane matters of the daily grind. President Lambert will overview this phenomenom in the workplace , including its positive contributions, as well as the potential for conflict in the areas of diversity, religious freedom, and discrimination issues.
