Dr. Everett B. Fewell

This is a picture of Dr. Everett B. Fewell, dentist and respected citizen of Madison. Dr. Fewell was the son of Bennett and Sarah Egner Fewell. In 1900 Dr. Fewell was practicing in North Vernon but by 1909 he had moved his family and practice to Madison. In the early years he was in practice with his brother, Francis, under the name of "Fewell Brother, Dentists" at 216 East Main Street. He practiced dentistry for some years on his own and then in later years his son, Paul, joined him at the location of 201 1/2 East Main Street. Dr. Fewell died March 22, 1956 at the age of 85.
