Master the Art of Reading!
Starting Monday, June 8, you can join our six-week 2009 summer reading club. To get started, stop by the circulation desk to pick up your very own “Master the Art of Reading” summer reading painting palette!
For each book you read, you’ll receive a splotch of paint for your palette. While we encourage you to be creative with your reading, you can read ANY book, fiction or non-fiction, to collect your paint!
The prizes!
- Collect two blobs of paint and win a free book!
- Explore four splotches and receive a free pass from the Ohio Theatre.
- Fill your palette and you will be eligible for our grand prize package!

The last books will be accepted through closing on Friday, July 18.

Yeah! I can hardly wait for summer reading to start. Even though I work at the library and can’t win prizes, I love interacting with you who are reading and perhaps recommending my favorite reads to you.

this sounds so great I want to start right a way. I am from the great north west portland ore. I remember when Helen blew her top. It was a real experiance.you had to be there.
